國民黨主席洪秀柱傍晚搭機出訪中國大陸，民進黨中國事務部主任趙天麟說，全民都在看國民黨與洪秀柱，此行應彰顯台灣主流民意與看法，呼籲北京當局應正視中華民國存在的事實。
「洪習會」十一月一日將登場。
針對中國國民黨主席洪秀柱今天啟程赴中進行「洪習會」，民主進步黨中國事務部主任趙天麟透過新聞稿表示，「兩岸和平發展論壇」為民間之交流活動，「我們樂見兩岸民間良性互動，但交流不應設立政治前提」，才有助增進彼此瞭解、化解分歧。
趙天麟認為，民間團體交流必須符合相關法令規定，任何涉及公權力的事務，都必須由官方進行溝通處理。
趙天麟強調，全民都在看國民黨與洪秀柱，此行應彰顯台灣的主流民意與看法，他並呼籲北京當局應正視中華民國存在的事實，以符合國人的期待。
